First of all I’d have to say that I’m quite impressed by all of your work!
Currently I’m working on a set of Hazel kits and was planning to do some mods and new paint job as well. But there’s still one thing that I’m having trouble trying to figure out.
I haven’t done it yet, but I’ll be gluing the two halves of the shoulder armors together and sand off the seamlines. But I was wondering how would you re-attach the shoulder armor afterward, since now that the shoulder armor can’t be separated?
I’d really appreciate if you could help me out on this one.

What I did was to sand down the circles on the tops of the arms that the shoulders mount to. If you sand off about 1/4 or 1/3 of the thickness you can still “sneak” the glued shoulders onto the circles on the arms and there will still be enough of the circle left to hold the shoulders in place by friction.
