I think this may be the absolute coolest custom paint scheme I’ve ever seen. I love how you painted the stripes onto the wings. I’m now inspired to attempt to do a Canada Gundam!

Red and white would look great on a mobile suit and the Maple Leaf like the one in the middle of the RCAF roundel would look cool as a large design on the shoulder or some other large part of a mobile suit.

The scopes are evergreen plastic tubing and the front is a Kotobukiya round thruster option part with a Wave H-eye lens sitting inside of it.

I was wondering how you got the soft look on all the panels as shown in these pictures. the third from the bottom with the close up on the leg shows this very well. i have seen this kind of thing on countless kits before and have not seen anything on how to do it. please help!

I don’t mind if you use the same paint scheme. After I did mine somebody pointed out a similar one to me that somebody else did. Plus I don’t own the Amercian Flag. I designed the decals myself and had them printed by I don’t know if his website is up again, but he’s on facebook. I put up a whole tutorial on how I design my decals in my Tip and Advice section.

It says “Neither will alone nor strength alone will be enough.” It’s a line from Gundam Seed, used by Kira several times in the later part of the series.

    And thanks!

This gundam is awesome! I was wondering if you had any bluprints of this pattern, so that I could make a similar pattern on a Wing Zero papercraft, If you don’t mind that is.
